This incredible city in addition to owning and operating a successful restaurant taught him many life lessons such as the value of commitment, loyalty, and hard work.

After selling the restaurant, Lance sought out the desirable landscape of Southwest Florida. With his incredible ability to build relationships and work with people, he naturally gravitated toward the elite world of real estate.
